Our Story
Our family has always dipped their toes into woodworking, remodeling, and other creative endeavors. To curb this hobby, I started an interior retail and craftsmen's co-op business in the heart of downtown Laramie Wyoming. As business grew, the need for local interior design had as well. Starting roughly in 2018, I decided to make the jump to interior design with our new-found retail furniture and home decor.
About Me
Billie Eckhardt started her craftsman's co-op, The Bent and Rusty in 2013. Having an extensive background in woodworking and re-purposing old furniture, a retail home decor spot was the answer for her. Always having a soft spot for interior design and her need to expand to higher reaches, She's now the proud owner of this fine establishment dedicated to making your house feel like home
Who are we reaching?
We encourage everyone we meet to find ways to upgrade their home. Whether it be asking our Bent and Rusty staff for advice or opinion on the placement of pieces, to an in-depth consultation with us to completely transform your home. We strive to communicate your vision as accurately and as cost effective as possible.
